Quick reference questions:
Do I need to download any plugins or applications to my machine?
No, you do not need to download any additional software beyond your internet browser and adobe flash player, version 10 or higher.
What if my computer doesn't meet your minimum requirements? Can I still attend?
You will still be able to access the environment, however you may not experience optimal load times or playback. In the case of your adobe flash player being an older version, you may experience errors with loading the Expos. In this case we recommend you upload your flash player for free from http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html.
Do I have to buy any additional equipment?
Display/Resolution Size
The recommended resolution for your display is at least a 1024x768 or higher resolution. The Expos environment will adjust to your screen size. However, if your display isn't at this setting, follow this quick guide.

Quick reference questions:
What if I have a small monitor?
The Expos environment will automatically adjust the display to fit your monitor. You will still be able to access all content available to you.
Internet Connection
It is recommended to be on a strong wired broadband connection with a speed of at least 1.4 Mbps. You may view the Expos on a slower connection, however some users may experience longer than normal load times with larger content items, such as High Definition video streams.

Quick reference questions:
What if I am on wireless?
You may still access the Expos from a wireless connection, however you may experience longer than normal load times. Some file can be very large in size, in which case you may experience longer than normal download times as well.
What if I’m behind a firewall?
The Expos software is designed to work with most firewall and proxy settings. However, if you are experiencing connectivity issues, you may contact your system administrator, or the Expos help staff listed in the footer of the webpage.
